Instructions for Wound Resin – Bonded Filter Cartridges
The Zilaiquan filter cartridge features a unique proprietary two – stage filtration design, which can maximize the removal of particles during the filtration of viscous fluids and extend its service life. The external spiral pre – filter wrapping enhances the strength of the filter cartridge and eliminates the residual debris associated with traditional machined resin – bonded filter cartridges.
The Zilaiquan filter cartridge can be produced in five lengths without bonding: 10″, 20″, 30″, 40″, 50″, with a conventional diameter of 63±1mm (any length within 50 inches can be produced).
The Zilaiquan filter cartridge can filter particles of nine different pore sizes, namely 1 – 2μm, 5μm, 10μm, 25μm, 50μm, 75μm, 125μm, 150μm and 200μm, to meet a wide range of performance requirements.

Structural Features:
A. The external spiral wrapping can collect large particles, while the inner layer can control the removal of particles of a rated size.
B. The external wrapping increases the surface area and eliminates loose debris and contamination caused by machined products.
C. Ultra – long acrylic fibers provide enhanced strength, fracture resistance and anti – migration, which are common in competitive “short – fiber” filter cartridges.
D. Special end – caps, plugs, sizes, etc. can be customized according to the user’s process and environment of use.
E. Phenolic resin impregnation reinforces the filter cartridge and can be used to filter fluids with a viscosity of up to 15,000 SSU (3200 cks).
F. The entire filter cartridge can withstand pressure fluctuations of up to 150 psid (depending on the fluid temperature).
G. The integral structure eliminates the bypass problem of multi – length filter cartridges and simplifies the replacement process.
H. The silicon – free structure ensures zero contamination, thus avoiding adverse effects on the bonding performance of coatings.
